Stephen Watt

Stephen Watt is the Dumbarton FC Poet-in-residence, a crime poet, one half of the gothic spoken word project Neon Poltergeist, a reviewer for punk magazine ‘Louder Than War’ and ‘The Mumble’, and occasional slam judge. Stephen’s debut collection ‘Spit’ was published in 2012, and follow-up pamphlet ‘Optograms’ in 2016 which was shortlisted in Saboteur’s ‘Best Pamphlet’ category.

Stephen is the former winner of the StAnza Digital Slam, Poetry Rivals Slam, Hughie Healy award, and the Tartan Treasures award.
